Event management, marketing, onsite delivery and post-event evaluation of multiple projects including three large annual festivals: Tewkesbury Food and Drink Festival, Music and Arts Festival, Christmas Festival plus smaller fringe events.
Event Management of the Tewkesbury Food and Drink Festival
Held in the stunning Tewkesbury Abbey grounds, a weekend event including a food marquee filled with over 60 stalls offering the finest from local farmers, growers and producers. Management of these exhibitors in the lead up to the event and onsite.
The introduction of a new craft marquee from initial concept through to delivery including the management of these new exhibitors.
Programme coordination and management of speakers/performers including celebrity chef James Martin, Cotswold chef, Rob Rees, and Adam Henson of Cotswold Farm Park.
Preparing and organising festival and event logistics e.g. ticket sales and onsite ticketing, crowd control and queuing systems.
Preparing the exhibitor pre-event information pack and contractors, staff and volunteer briefs.
Preparing all health and safety, insurance and risk assessment documents including security, signage, first aid.
