Event Brief: To organise and deliver a unique launch event in London for sponsors and stakeholders with the opportunity for brand awareness, relationship building and networking.

Event Concept: This secretive and enchanting venue in Euston, home to members of The Magic Circle is as unique as they come. Admittance strictly by invitation only, on arrival, through the doors of The Magic Circle you are instantly entranced by the floating spiral staircase. Guests to be welcomed by a branded cocktail and canapes reception and later invited into one of London’s best kept secrets – The Magic Circle Theatre for the launch screening followed by performances including comedian and impressionist Jon Culshaw, followed by magic from Gold Star member of the Magic Circle Katherine Rhodes and street magician TROY.
Event Management: Full event management from concept through to onsite delivery. Scouring London to find an intriguing and unique venue was much more difficult that it first seemed. A sneak peak in the Magic Circle Museum with a treasure trove of items had us sold. The venue was dry hire so we organised external production, catering and staffing. Sponsorship fulfilment and creating opportunities for brand awareness. Programme management from securing hosts and performers to onsite rehearsals and greenrooms. Guest management from invitation, ticketing to VIP and guest list admittance.
