The Cotswold Proposal Planners is an independent events company that work alongside Ciriaco supporting businesses and private clients to organise and deliver seamless events. From conceptualisation to execution, we will work closely with our clients to achieve the principal objective of each event.
Our experienced team of logistical experts will enable you to take some time back and focus on other areas of work, programming or planning of the event.

We have experience in delivering a wide range of corporate, charity, public sector and private events some of which include award ceremonies with over 1000 attendees, national and international multi-day conferences, galas, networking events, product launches, workshops, client entertaining and various private events such as weddings, birthdays and other special occasions. We are also experience managing complex logistics and high-profile events with royals and celebrities in attendance so understand the importance of security and being discrete.

Our fees are competitive and will depend on the event or the services that you require. Get in touch with us to discuss your event. We can often make savings to the event bottom line which will offset our fee, plus we work with a network of trusted contacts offering preferential rates therefore we know where money can be saved without compromising on the quality.
